Yes, but I'd say that true for any dynamic system. Basically, what one need to do to is:

&#150; Mark up your content semantically
&#150; Make sure all content is available without script
&#150; Write good copy
&#150; Earn backlinks
&#150; Use friendly URLs

&#150; Ping when you have published something new

Most parts are technical, but never underestimate good content, word usage etc.</description>

		<description>I have found that WordPress is a huge plus to &lt;abbr title="Search Engine Optimization"&gt;SEO&lt;/abbr&gt;. Friendly &lt;abbr title="Uniform Resource Locator"&gt;URL&lt;/abbr&gt;'s and pinging are a great help, as opposed to the static pages that I used to write. It took weeks for them to get listed. With WordPress, it takes a few hours to (max) a few days, at least that's what I've experienced.</description>
